Sunpass boxes

As most of you probably know, Sunpass is the Florida D.O.T.'s prepaid toll system. Sunpass works on all toll roads in our state, and most of the toll bridges. Sunpass can also be used to pay for parking at Palm Beach, Tampa and Orlando International Airports; with Miami being added in the near future. Sunpass saves you time - you don't have to stop to pay an attendant, plus at most tollbooths you slow down but keep moving in the Sunpass only lanes. Sunpass saves you $. There are discounts to you for using the Sunpass lanes at toll plazas and exits, ranging from 10% to 50%.

There are 2 different types of transponders available now - battery or no battery - with a 3rd type available soon.
Of the battery-powered types, there are 3 portable models: IIb, IIe, and III.
You also could buy a Sunpass Mini, which is about the size of a credit card and has no batteries. These Mini Stickers are cheaper than the battery-powered types, but must remain affixed to 1 vehicles windshield, and don't work on motorcycles.
